Craigleith Heritage Depot Lecture Series 2010

On Monday, March 29, Dorothy Duncan will be looking for some brave palettes to try her heritage recipes, some of which are included in her book, Nothing More Comforting: Canada's Heritage Food and Canadians at Table: Food Fellowship and Folklore. She will be discussing the foods, beverages and medicines of the First Nations and the newcomers, and what changes have occurred in food traditions over time. She will be bringing some samples for tasting.
