Nomination Criteria

• Limited to businesses and individuals who operate or reside in The Blue Mountains
• A business or individual may be nominated for more than one category
• Nominations that do not include all of the information requested, or that are not signed by the nominator, will not be accepted. (You cannot nominate yourself)
• The Blue Mountains Chamber of Commerce is not obligated to present recognition for each category every year
