Dr. Karolyn Smardz Frost, archaeologist “I’ve Got a Home in Glory Land” Dr. Smartz Frost brings to life the story of Lucie and Thornton Blackburn, two runaway slaves who escaped to Canada and whose story would have been forgotten if it weren’t for a chance discovery during an archaeological dig in a downtown Toronto schoolyard. Her award winning book, I’ve Got a Home in Glory Land will be available for purchase and autographing.
